SUMMARY
Dolphin does not restore its state on KDe start (session recovery)

OBSERVED RESULT
I had 3 Dolphin windows with many tabs, they always restored on KDe start for years. Now I have 3 windows with 1 tab in each with HOME dir in them. "Show on startup" settings is set to the state from last time - has no effect at all now! When bug was 1st observed "Show on startup" was dropped to HOME dir for some reason - so assume 2 bugs are here.

EXPECTED RESULT
Many windows with many tabs with same paths on KDe start.
