As you see in the video, the cursor doesn't show the animation for loading

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login with Wayland Sesion
2. Open System Settings
3. Click on appearance and the select the sub menus

OBSERVED RESULT  You'll notice that the cursor animation for loading does not work


EXPECTED RESULT The cursor should show a loading animation which it does not.

The screen recording appears to show the cursor switching to a "loading" cursor when clicking on those KCMs. Can you clarify what the problem is? What exactly do you expect to happen that's not already happening?

The issue is that the cursor is switching to loading stance but it is not animated like it should be. If look at the video, the cursor is has changed to loading look but the loading look is not animated. In fact all the cursors themes including Breeze, switch to that loading look but are animated as in spinning like they should be.

I am having the same issue but strangely, in DBeaver Community Edition when i try to add new connection and select  database and go to driver properties tab the cursor animates correctly.
