Setting Air/Oxygen theme makes Present Windows + Desktop Grid stutter and delayed. Noticed after switching to the bundled Plasma 4 themes for fun. This was no problem prior to the rewrite of the Present Windows + Desktop Grid effects last year.
Made a monitor recording. Make sure to watch in 60 Hz and hear my clicks (with mapped special mouse buttons) when the effects don’t react. I normally drive my monitor with 144 Hz but this was also present on 60 Hz. HiDPI global scale @162,5%. X.org session.

We are constantly improving performance and this report is old. I am going to close it, if Plasma 6.4 is still slow please create a new ticket.
