STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Select an image in thumbnail view 2. Right click / rotate / right 3. The image rotates 180 degrees (!?) 4. No problem rotating the image here. What are your exact rotation settings in the digiKam metadata settings? Do you use sidecars? Maik

I have tested images from 3 different cameras. It's always the same problem. First the image rotates 180 degrees and then it doesn't rotate at all. When I am back home I will post my settings...
And please, give us more detail about XMP sidecar usage on your computer. Thanks in advance Gilles Caulier
