A quick update. Now the "installed" tab is loading, but its only showing currently installed flatpaks. How do I fix this?

Sounds like PackageKit got wedged. If you run `pkmon` in a terminal window, what does it show?

I ended up ditching plasma-discover and used dnfdragora which came with the
default XFCE ISO I grabbed. However, I decided to try debian later on
because I wanted to use apt again.
