screen record video file for issue

I am adding a sequence clib and audio file within the new sequence.
The audio file under the sequence clib does not play.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I created 2 sequences with video clips
I added a new sequence for the finale.
I added "sequence 1" to the new sequence. the sounds in sequence 1 are playing
but the audio file added under sequence 1 does not play. only audio file is playing when there is audio file or attached next to the sequence 1 clip. sequence 1 and audio file are not playing at the same time.

OBSERVED RESULT
The problem occurs during video editing as well as in the output render file.

Processor: Intel i5-7300HQ CPU 2.5 GHz
RAM: 8GB DDR4
Video Card1: Intel HD Graphics 630
