I'd like to request a feature for 

`System Settings > Connections: VPN management`

allowing the user to ping multiple servers for latency and load data for easy reference, perhaps even auto connect to performant connections.

Hmm, I think this is too large in scope to be something requested in a bug report/feature request, sorry. See https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Issue_Reporting#Step_1:_Make_sure_it's_a_valid_bug_or_feature_request.

If you want to work on this, feel free! But unless someone submits a patch, I doubt it will get done.
