STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Spectacle
2. Use "Without Delay" (ohne Verzögerung)
3. Make a new screen photo

OBSERVED RESULT
1 to 4 seconds DELAY until the photos has been done

EXPECTED RESULT
IMMEDIATELY PHOTO because Without delay means without delay

I see that you are using version 21.12.3. Perhaps you should try upgrading to a newer version? I cannot reproduce this bug in version 23.04 and 21.12 will not be getting any more updates.
