SUMMARY
The Configure Shortcuts dialogue has two entries for "Show Sidebar", one of which doesn't work


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Configure Shortcuts dialogue
2. Type "Sidebar"
3. Observe two "Show Sidebar" entries
4. Only one of the two actually works
