Please enable Arabic support in https://docs.kde.org/ . Currently, Kturtule's Handbook is fully translated to Arabic. Please also, add the right RTL support in the CSS. After enabling Arabic, I can report any issue in the standard-rtl.css . I what I can see, it lacks direction:rtl; in the body{}.
