SUMMARY
When Konqueror is run on the minimal platform, it must be told to quit twice.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. { konqueror --platform minimal; }
2. { kquitapp5 konqueror; }

OBSERVED RESULT
[24150:24150:0425/203600.684059:ERROR:service_worker_storage.cc(1753)] Failed to delete the database: Database IO error
