SUMMARY Trying out Tokodon in the latest release from Flathub, and it just seems after a while of closing it that all logins just vanish. It's making the app somewhat useless to have to constantly add the accounts back in. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Test it on Fedora 38 with Flathub 2. Watch as accounts vanish after you close and leave it closed a while. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Fedora 38 KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.105.0 Qt Version: 5.15.8
Interesting, this should happen less for 23.04.0 but I haven't tested the flatpak version myself. I'll check up on it soon, how long is "closed for a while" - like a day?
We're talking probably less than an hour before it loses the logins. Since I keep closing and re-opening it (as it seems to not close to tray).
Sounds pretty bad then, thanks for the info
We fixed a lot of config bugs, and did a complete overhaul of how account logins are stored in 23.08 (it was too big to appear in a 23.04 bugfix, unfortunately .) The release won't appear until next month, but please re-open if you see this same issue then on Flatpak. Thanks!
