STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE connect in appstore
2. Install KDE connect on Android in fdroid
3. Discovery

OBSERVED RESULT

IOS Can discovery Linux and Windows devices, But no Android device.
Android cannot discovery IOS device , but can discovery Linux and windows.
EXPECTED RESULT

Can discovery and connect to another KDE connect client

The devices are connected using iPhone hotspot.
