I wish to see Kdenlive's Audio & Video tracks to be movable. Meaning I can place an audio track between two video tracks and the same for the video tracks. This is present in VEGAS Pro.

To me it seems as if you are looking for the "Mixed audio tracks" option here: https://docs.kdenlive.org/en/cutting_and_assembling/editing.html#timeline-toolbar
