Screenshot of okular's toolbar configuration

Since recent kde gear upgrade, the shortcut to toggle sidebar visibility does not work. Sidebar can still be toggled using the menu Settings -> Show sidebar but the default F7 shortcut does nothing. I have tried using another (custom) shortcut to no avail.

Moreover (I suppose this is related) when I right-click on the main toolbar choose Configure toolbars and select "Main Toolbar <okular_part>" I can see in the "Current actions" on the right hand side that there should be a "Show sidebar" button but it does not appear in the actual toolbar.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any pdf document in okular
2. Use menu Settings and select or unselect "Show sidebar" as you wish.
3. Use the default F7 shortcut to toggle sidebar

OBSERVED RESULT
The menu at step 2 makes sidebar visible or not as expected.
Nothing happens after step 3.

EXPECTED RESULT
Side bar should appear or disappear after step 3.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch linux
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.105.0
Qt Version: 5.15.9

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It worked with previous okular version 22.12.3
This does not depends on the display server : it happens both with X11 and Wayland.
Other keyboard shortcuts seem to work fine in okular.
My keyboard is pc generic 105 keys with belgian layout.
The problem persists if I close okular, delete okular's config files ~/.config/okularrc and ~/.config/okularpartrc and restart okular.
