STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click digital clock
2. click digital clock again to close calendar
3. focus on latte dock
4. see unpinned icons disappearing for a second or two, then showing again

OBSERVED RESULT
icons do disappear

EXPECTED RESULT
icons do not disappear
