SUMMARY
The application's title bar is set to the title in the PDF doc, instead of the filename.

I want a setting in the Setting dialog to be able to toggle this behaviour. The two options, perhaps in a drop down menu, should be:
1. Show document title in Window Title Bar
2. Show filename in Window Title Bar

The sixth option in settings --> okular settings --> general

(actual names may differ, my Okular UI is not English)
