STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Plasmatube 23.04.0 from Flathub.
2. Open Plasmatube by clicking its icon in the application grid
3. Switch to Settings page

OBSERVED RESULT
Settings page is empty

EXPECTED RESULT
Settings page should show content.

Is kirigami-addons installed on your system? kirigami-addons is needed to show settings.

This shouldn't be happening anymore, please re-open if you see this again on 23.08
