Created attachment 158303 [details] Screen recording of the bug SUMMARY The vertical scrollbar in NeoChat's chat view sometimes doesn't move. If said scrollbar is clicked in the middle or left part and then dragged, it won't move. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open a chat in NeoChat. 2. Click on the middle/right part of the chat vertical scrollbar. 3. Try to move the scrollbar. 4. The scrollbar doesn't move. OBSERVED RESULT Sometimes, when clicked on the middle or left part of the scrollbar, it won't move and, if the cursor is moved to the left, the room info panel will show up. EXPECTED RESULT The scrollbar works every time it's being clicked on. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Kubuntu 22.04 KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.7 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.92.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 Kernel Version: 5.15.0-70-generic (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11 Processors: 20 × 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-12700K Memory: 31.1 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti/PCIe/SSE2 Tested in NeoChat 23.04.0 (flathub) and NeoChat 23.07.70 (kdeapps-testing) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This issue is specific to the chat scrollbar and can't be reproduced in other locations, like the settings dialog. It might be related to the right information panel, which can be shown either by clicking the top right button or by dragging the mouse to the left. In fact, every time the scrollbar is 'blocked', if the cursor is moved to the left, the room info panel appears. Otherwise, the scrollbar will be moved and the info panel won't show up. This may indicate that the sliding gesture intended for touch screens could be interfering with the scrollbar.
