SUMMARY
When using window Tiling and on a monitor that is duplicated any of the tiling functionality is basically unable to be used

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Set 2 Screens to be Duplicated
2.  Press Win + T to Open Tiling Manager 
~ Note: Only tested on 2 1920x1080 Monitors

OBSERVED RESULT
On Monitors that are being duplicated, the tiling manger UI appears, but a user is unable to click anything or use any of the functions if Tiling program on monitors being duplicated. Fully functional on non-duplicated monitors

EXPECTED RESULT
Can use Window Tiling functionality on duplicated monitors
