Apper updates completion report

Apper shows a system status report after software updates.
The first line: Your system is up to date
The second line: Verified ... day(s) and Y hour(s) ago
It's this second line that's confusing, which might be caused by a bug.
It's odd that just after completing a system update operation, and confirming that the system is now up to date, Apper then goes on to say this was verified a long time ago.

Perhaps I don't understand what this actually means (sorry), or
perhaps, there's no need for such a second line at all...

Operating System: SparkyLinux 7 (Debian Testing/Bookworm)
