Fedora Kinoite, linux 6.2.9-300.fc38.x86_64, plasma 5.27.4, frameworks 5.104, qt 5.15.8
Wayland, 200% display scale

this is definitely reproducible. There is an issue tracking this on the Fedora KDESIG board, but there is no real triage on this yet, other than the binding loop issue seems to not be related. Whether this is specifically caused by running plasma in an ostree/immutable environment is unclear. Has anyone reproduced this on MicroOS or Nix?
