STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  open Users KCM
2. click on your avatar
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
"Change avatar" pop-up with visual bug opens. Please see the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
no visual bug

Can reproduce on neon unstable too.

I can reproduce with 5.27.6, it happens only with some window sizes of system settings like maximized state.

Cannot reproduce, the number of avatars is reduced swas Plasma 6 alpha. I do not know if this is an intentional change.
