STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. with okular set as the preferred (1st) application for .pdf files in plasma file associations, open a .pdf file when browsing file:///home/tim1/downloads/ within the Firefox browser
2. close pdf
3. ls -alt ~/Downloads

OBSERVED RESULT
Observe a 0-length *.part file left behind by okular

EXPECTED RESULT
No files left behind in ~/Downloads after viewing a .pdf file
