SUMMARY

Emoji selector takes around ~2 seconds to show up and settle. This is too slow.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hit Meta + .

OBSERVED RESULT
1. Wait for Emoji selector to show up

EXPECTED RESULT
1. No wait. It should show up instantly
