shows the problem with opacity

DESCRIPTION

When applications are maximized the taskbar often looks strange because it's semi-opaque so its background blends with the wallpaper.

There should be a setting to deactivate the opacity, for example in the panel for the extended settings we got on right click, edit mode, more options.
