STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Input Devices -> Keyboard -> Delay
2. Press Tab twice.

OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor lands on the Help button

EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor should go to the Rate text input field. It does that if you press Shift+Tab instead at step 2.

I can reproduce this on 5.27, but no longer in the rewritten version of this configuration module that is included in Plasma 6.1.

If you can reproduce this on a newer version of Plasma, please feel free to reopen this bug or file a new one.
