Side panel icon change

SUMMARY
***
Gwenview can't properly save [KFileDialog Settings] settings. It always reverts back. 
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Gwenview, change the places pane icon size to 16x16.
2. Reopen Gwenview, the icon size will reverts back to original
3. Same thing happens with file saving dialog, change the side panel icon size, reopen the app and it will revert back to original
