I am using KDE Connect which keeps exchanging clipboards between devices. This triggers the KDE clipboard action menu on the other device. Normally, this is a desired behavior. But it is not desired while playing full screen stuff on the device. Therefor, I wish an option to disable the action menu (or at the least open it in background) while an app is full screen.

Wouldn't this be disruptive when you're using an interactive app like your web browser or text editor in full screen mode?

For me not, but I suggested to make in an option to turn on/off, just in case. Normally, when I am fullscreen, I do not open new tabs.
