Windows Library file system not available. Cannot access specific folders on hard drive. Only way is to select file and then physically move the file into the project bin externally.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Cannot select individual folders on hard drive
2. Only to import files on folders which cannot be accessed internally in the program is to open system folder containing the video file to be imported and slide it in externally.
3.
