Can you tell me your:
- screen resolution
- panel thickness in pixels
- screen scaling settings, if any
- font and font size settings
- platform (x11 or Wayland)

- screen resolution: 1366x768
- panel thickness in pixels: 34
- screen scaling settings: 100%
- font and font size settings: Noto Sans 9pt
- platform: happens both on x11 and Wayland

You're using a low-resolution screen with a thin panel and a small font size. Unfortunately with this combination of settings, some blurriness can't be helped given the overlay-style UI for the weather. You'll have to change one of those things, maybe more than one.
