I'm also experiencing a similar result. What works: Force, Force Temporarily. What doesn't work: Apply Initially, Apply Now, Remember One curious thing I've noticed is that, if I set "Apply Initially" to position for <1190,642> (the bottom right corner for this particular window), it is instead placed at <959,539>, however, if I give no position or leave it at "No Effect", it is instead placed in the exact center of the screen, at <595,337>, so the "Apply Initially" is having some effect, just not the correct one.
