Hebrew PDF

SUMMARY
Text in Hebrew (RTL language) is copied in a reverse order ("תירבע" instead of "עברית").
Searching for text in a PDF document works only if the text is spelled backwards.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. copy any Hebrew word that is not a palindrome
2. search for an Hebrew word that can be found in the document search

OBSERVED RESULT
The text is copied backwards.
The typed word is not found.

EXPECTED RESULT
1. The text should be copied exactly as it appears in the document.
2. The typed word should be found

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10 (OS Build 19045.2728)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Below is attached a PDF in Hebrew (other PDF Viewers such as Edge do not exhibit the issue specified above)
