SUMMARY
wallpaper doesn't change on second monitor

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. change wallpaper

OBSERVED RESULT
wallpaper change only on primary screen

EXPECTED RESULT
wallpaper change on all monitors

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.3

Currently, this is intended behaviour, and there's no plan to change that. However, we could ideally make it easier to apply a new wallpaper to all monitor if the user wants to; maybe this bug could be changed to become such a feature request?

Oh it would never occur to me that it is meant to be like that ! Surely because it's not like Windows.
I think it should be explicitly chosen in the wallpaper windows (when using multiple monitors). I don't know to modify this bug to be a feature request but I change the title.
