When a App ID of a Flatpak is changed, Disover is confused. It offers you to install a Update for the old ID. If you click on Update, Disover will just reload and can't install the Update.

If you run flatpak update, it will offers you to switch to the new ID.
$ flatpak update

Info: app com.gitlab.JakobDev.jdAppdataEdit branch stable is end-of-life, in favor of page.codeberg.JakobDev.jdAppStreamEdit branch stable
Replace? [Y/n]:

Gnome Software also has no problems and offers you to install the new ID.

That's interesting, not something I'd seen before. Doesn't it give any error messages? Can you maybe check the output on the terminal?
