First of all, thanks for making Konsole work on Windows!

SUMMARY
***
Probably due to the usual difference between Windows Server and Windows Desktop OS Versions Konsole is unable to start a PTY with the following error message.

Warning: Could not start program 'C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe' with arguments ''.
Warning: Conhost failed to start

The same happens when configuring a cmd.exe Profile

Warning: Could not start program 'C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe' with arguments ''.
Warning: Conhost failed to start

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start konsole with the default Profil

OBSERVED RESULT
Shell session does not start

EXPECTED RESULT
Shell (Powershell/CMD) should start
