STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. be on x11
2. start kwin_wayland from terminal
3. ctrl-c
4. failed assert 

OBSERVED RESULT
^Ckwin(107158)/(default) unknown: ASSERT: "s_fbos.isEmpty()" in file ./src/libkwineffects/kwinglutils.cpp, line 956

EXPECTED RESULT
clean shutdown

Seems fixed meanwhile.
