STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open app.
2. Minimize it or maximize. This bug is very random! 
3. Title bar is too wide (for maximized windows) or to short (for minimized windows)

EXPECTED RESULT
Title bar have always right dimensions.

I have not experienced this bug while using Breeze but I noticed it depends what kind of Window Decoration I use. Qogir packages and WE10XOS-dark have this bug but for example while using Dracula Windows Decorations I have not experienced this bug so far.
