STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Two screens: 2k@100% left, 4k@200% right and primary
2. Panel on the primary on the bottom
3. Click on applet in the system tray

OBSERVED RESULT
The applet opens on the left side.

EXPECTED RESULT
The applet opens on the right side, close to the system tray.

Tooltips of applets are displayed on the other screen.
When re-arranging the screens in kscreen, i.e. putting the non-primary to the right (and apply) and back to the left, the bug vanishes.
However, when dis- and re-enabling the non-primary screen, the bug occurs again.
