SUMMARY
***
I have Chrome application icon pinned next to Chrome browser icon on latte dock. If I first open application following by chrome browser lattedock displays only application icon indicating two open windows. If I change order and first open Chrome browser following by application, only Chrome icon is displayed. (Picture shows second scenario since taking screenshot of Latte under Wayland is kinda tricky.)

Same goes for some Java applications. They tend to group under single icon.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Chrome application
2. Start Chrome browser
3. Click around

OBSERVED RESULT
Single application icon with two running windows indicated.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should be two icons.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon 5.27

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have been using Wayland only since v.5.27, since I had too many problems using it before. This problem does not occur if I login to X11 session.
