STEPS TO REPRODUCE

2. use the work area in any way(selecting, place objects)

OBSERVED RESULT
the visible cursor is moving in molasses

I do not understand this video: On the one hand there are few UX interactions that can qualify as excruciatingly slow at under 3 seconds. On the other hand, the bug title includes "construction" but the video is not while in construction mode (i.e., the mode after you press any tool on the left).

I think one big difference between your setup and mine might be the resolution: what resolution do you have? is it high DPI? are you able to test the UX on a lower resolution and confirm the behavior?

terribly sorry for the late comment, the email got drowned out in my other emails.

it seems my original got cut quite short, and now is only three seconds long:/

thanks, didn't think of that. will try it.
but i have found behavior that wouldn't corespond to that reason, with it only happening on specific things in construction mode.
