Had to copy and paste the output, tee refuses to work for me.

Very strange bug specifically with reshade-shaders-git from both aur and chaotic aur. Discover will pick up an update for it (which there isn't one), but gives the output attached when running plasma-discover-update. It's only this package, which is what makes it strange. Removing it will make the update notification go away.
