Description Andres Betts 2023-03-20 22:22:50 UTC
It seems for my laptop, after closing the lid and then opening back up causes an issue with the network applet in the taskbar.
After wake up, the system does not reconnect. I don't have wifi. When I click the applet, I get a list of available networks but the one I use doesn't allow me to click the connect button. The button does not appear disabled. I tried clicking the connect button for other networks. While those worked, I entered the password but they did not connect to that different wifi signal.

After I reboot the system, the system comes back as normal and the wifi is enabled and working as expected.

Thanks for the bug report, and I'm sorry we weren't able to look into it yet. A lot has changed since this was reported; can you still reproduce the issue in Plasma 6.3.5 or later? Or even better, in the Plasma 6.4 beta or the 6.4 final release in a few weeks?

Also, what Plasma version was this first seen in?

Thanks again!

This may no longer be an issue as I don't experience this in 6.4 beta.
