SUMMARY *** I'm trying to configure Okular to be able to do digital signature. I do have Class III organization DSC token. I'm able to configure it to work in firefox and Libreoffice. It's working properly. but okular refused to detect any certification. Does pdfsig -list-nicks show the certificate?

Sorry i forgot to followup this, if pdfsig is not showing the certificate is because the default guessed certificate path is wrong, go to the settings and select the correct one for you, there's not really much more we can do there.
