SUMMARY
The settings window is an empty window in 19.03.2023 nightly


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install 19.03.2023 nightly
2. Open settings
3. Notice that the window is empty

OBSERVED RESULT
A blank window

EXPECTED RESULT
Some controls in the settings window

Windows: Windows 11 Pro 22H2

This is caused by neochat needing a recent kirigami mr which means the dependencies are out of line

I can reproduce this on Arch Linux as well, running from terminal outputs this line when opening settings window:

QQmlComponent: Component is not ready
file:///usr/lib/qt/qml/org/kde/kirigami.2/PageRow.qml:916: Error: Error while loading page: qrc:/SettingsPage.qml:12 Cannot assign to non-existent property "actionName"

This will be fixed by the next frameworks release
