SUMMARY
Room topic in Room information sidebar can go off-screen if too long and the element is not scrollable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make a room
2. Set the room topic to something long

OBSERVED RESULT
Room topic text overflows out of view

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a scroll-bar to view the rest of the text

Fix Long Topics in the RoomDrawer Overflowing

Use a scrollView for the topic so that a scrollBar is shown when it really long
