Following bug 453574

Edit > Preferences > Browsing > Default zoom on pages
Do not apply zoom to image filetypes (and maybe other types).

Don't do the following: Apply zoom to only if filetype is HTML.
Because there are txt, xml, html, xhtml etc. so zoom is probably useful there.
