STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. insert a short video (or cut it short)
2. Rendering with different frame rate 
3. Play video and check length

OBSERVED RESULT
Video length wrong
(More frames = Video too short)
(Less frames = Video too long and black image; "idle")

EXPECTED RESULT
Video length remains the same
