SUMMARY
The pen and tablet is working perfectly. The problem is when I try to use it the screen cursor don't follow the tablet cursor. 

In the past when I used the tablet the moment when the tip was near the tablet its got the screen cursor now it don't. The cursor icon changes when I change the tools (change color, change size) but its stuck here mouse cursor is.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plugin the Tablet
2. Try to use it

OBSERVED RESULT
Screen cursor dont follow the tablet cursor

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen cursor following the tablet cursor

Well the bug is back on when I upgrade to Fedora 39.

Something that I noted is the Spectacle (screenshot utility) is showing the cursor even if the option is not enabled.

After a KDE update a virtual keyboard option appeared and finally this bug seen to be solved on my side

- no cursor any more on screenshots
- the cursor follow  the pen on xournal++ and an virtual keyboard
- no more tablet keyboard on screen 

Thanks for all KDE team that make it a reality. I hope we dont have any regression in the near future.

If you having this issue I just upgraded, no reinstall since this bug appeared.
