I cannot click on any icon with my wacom tablet without hovering over slightly above what I want to click on. I can still draw and color properly.
Examples include not properly clicking on the right layers or brushes in the layer/brush menus. The only time Krita works properly is when I use my mouse to click on the correct layer/brush I want to use. This happened at random and has not been fixed when I updated Krita via the pop shop.

Sorry, but this can not be a bug in Krita. It could be a bug in the wacom driver, it could be a bug in the popos window system -- in any case, please try the appimage instead of the "pop shop", and if that doesn't make a difference, try with a different desktop system.
